Charity looks for contributors to breast cancer video

by isleofman.com 2nd August 2010

Breakthrough Breast Cancer is calling on survivors of the disease in the Isle of Man to come forward and tell their stories.

Chairman of the Isle of Man branch of the charity Angie Aire is looking for around 80 people who have undergone, or are having treatment, to take part in a video.

It aims to drive home the message that regular checking and early diagnosis and treatment are essential.

The video will provide an opportunity for people who want to share their stories.

But Angie is looking for a large number of breast cancer survivors to stand together as a powerful backdrop to the film (play audio file):

Anybody interested in taking part in the film can get in touch with Angie Aire by emailing angie.breakthrough@live.co.uk
