The trial of a 35-year-old Douglas man accused of murder is due to start today (Monday).
Simon Paul Leece, of Fairfield Terrace, denies the murder of Terence Losh in March last year.
He also denies committing arson with intent to endanger life and damage property.
The trial, before Acting Deemster Birkett at Douglas courthouse, is scheduled to last 13 days.
