Two people suffer serious injuries in traffic collision

TWO people were taken to Noble's Hospital suffering from serious injuries following a traffic collision last night (Tuesday).

It happened at 7.10pm at the junction of Foxdale Road and Grenaby Road and involved a female driving a car and a male riding a motorcycle.

Both suffered serious injuries.

The junction is about half a mile up from the Cross Fourways junction at Ballasalla heading towards Foxdale, just before the Silverdale entrance.

Witnesses to the incident should contact PC Dave Kneen at Port Erin Police Station on 832222.
