Drug and Alcohol Strategy criticised ahead of annual report

An MHK has slammed the chief minister's Drug and Alcohol Strategy, ahead of the release of its annual report later.

Quintin Gill says the strategy has had millions of pounds of taxpayers' money spent on it for little if any visible benefit.

According to Mr Gill the problems associated with drug and alcohol misuse seem to be getting more widespread.

He feels it's time for a change:
