Will council bow-wow to pressure?

Dog owners are hoping Douglas Council will think again about banning dogs in the town’s squares.

There was a demonstration by the War Memorial on the Promenade this afternoon (Sat) to protest against the blanket ban.

Organiser Alexis Duggan says a recent petition attracted 2,000 signatures, 800 of which were from Douglas residents.

She believes the Council should re-consider
