TT star Connor Cummins says his recuperation is a case of "slowly but surely"

The Ramsey rider was seriously injured in an accident during this year's Senior TT but was down at the Billown course today to watch his father Billy race in the Southern 100.

He told Manx Radio's Chris Kinley he was "spot on", enjoying the fresh air and the racing.

Whilst his injuries are serious he's already making plans for TT 2011
