Discover underwater delights this weekend

by isleofman.com 8th July 2010

There’s a chance to discover the underwater delights of the Isle of Man this weekend as part of the Island’s Queenie Festival.

Experienced divers will be on hand to take people diving and snorkelling on Sunday afternoon on Chapel Beach in Port St Mary.

Anyone aged 12 or over can dive, as long as they don’t suffer from certain medical conditions, giving the public the opportunity to discover the hidden wonders of the sea.

Michelle Hayward of Discover Diving says the dive site is a particularly interesting one.

To book your place at the dives, you can contact Michelle on 300090.
