Prescription hikes planned for the autumn

by isleofman.com 3rd July 2010

A prescription price hike is on the way.

Charges on the Island will rise from September – if Tynwald gives its backing to proposals later this month.

It would mean each item would cost ?3.85, 60p more than at present.

An increase of more than 20 per cent is also planned for 12 month pre-payment certificates.
