Minister accused of Meglomaniac management

by isleofman.com 2nd July 2010

MHK's fighting against possible job losses at the Isle of Man College are threatening to come out "all-guns-blazing" at the next sitting of Tynwald.

Education Minister Eddie Teare will be the target of North Douglas members Bill Henderson and John Houghton's ire.

Their anger stems from Mr Teare's alleged "megalomaniac management techniques" in dealing with the enormous deficit run up by the College's refectory.

The facility is running at a loss of over one hundred and eighty thousand pounds per year and there are fears that staff may lose their jobs.

Mr Henderson says he and Mr Houghton haven't seen any positive moves by the Department
