THE dates for next year's Isle of Man Bay festival have been confirmed and tickets for the first show to be announced will go on sale next month.
The festival will take place on June 17, 18 and 19 with the X Factor meets Britain's Got Talent show returning on the Sunday afternoon.
Tickets for that show will go on sale on Tuesday, July 6.
More than 25,000 people attended the 2010 festival, sponsored by Manx Telecom, which was held at Noble's Park, Douglas, last weekend.
Almost 8,000 fans went to the X Factor meets Britain's Got Talent event which featured former contestants from the two ITV shows including Diversity, Stavros Flatley, Ruth Lorenzo and Danyl Johnson.
The festival also featured performances from JLS, The Saturdays, Spandau Ballet, Boy George, Rick Astley and many other acts.
Festival organiser Jonathan Irving said: "We are delighted that the people of the Isle of Man got behind the festival and really enjoyed themselves and we are proud that we could play a part in bringing it to them.
"We really want to thank everyone who was involved, from the fans and the acts to the army of staff and volunteers who made it all such a success.
"We would also like to thank Douglas Council for all their very supportive assistance."
The festival has received coverage in the UK media including on the News of the World, Daily Mail and Heat magazine websites and images from the festival have been published on the Washington Post and ABC news websites in America.
