FINAL preparations are being made at Noble's Park for the Manx Telecom Bay Festival which gets underway tonight.

Lemar will be the first act to appear on the stage inside the giant marquee and he is due to perform at approximately 7.30pm.

He will then be followed by The Saturdays at approximately 8.30pm and then JLS at approximately 10pm.

Security and organisation officials are at Noble's Park and the festival site has sprung into life.
