Minister invites suggestions on how to pay for roads

Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne says he will consider any ideas put forward by members of the public, as his department reviews road tax in the Isle of Man.

In Tynwald on Tuesday, he promised a full review after complaints about steep rises for motorbikes and vintage vehicles.

Mr Gawne says the public will be asked to send in ideas on how to tax vehicles and pay for roads.

He says all the suggestions will be considered, and a number have already been made:
