The health minister has been lambasted for his department's decision to cut corners when building the new Noble's Hospital.
David Anderson asked Tynwald for ?700,000 to help meet the ?1.4 million cost of installing a backup power supply.
The funding was approved, but not before a number of members were highly critical of the fact it was left out when the building was constructed ten years ago, to save money.
They included East Douglas MHK Brenda Cannell, who described its exclusion as 'scandalous'.
She also reminded the court she was among a number of members who were critical of how things were done at the time:
