'Standby' TT gang fixed Government House drive

Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne says no priority TT roadworks were dropped in favour of fixing the Lieutenant Governor's driveway.

A road gang from the department was sent to fill potholes in the road leading up to Government House, early last week.

Mr Gawne says it's a government building, and his department is responsible for its maintenance.

He is also confirming the eleven men who did the work weren't needed anywhere else for urgent repairs:
