?10K prize up for grabs!

The Manx government may have to hand over ?10,000 to a zero emissions motorcyle team tomorrow (Wednesday).

The sum has been promised to the owners of the first bike to complete a lap of the mountain circuit at an average speed of 100mph.

In Monday's practice session Mark Miller, riding the MotoCzysz EP1, managed a lap at 94mph and was still able to record a speed of 120mph going down Glencrutchery Road.

Team boss and owner Michael Czysz says the machine has a bit more to give:
