Three races - three wins for Hutchinson!

by isleofman.com 7th June 2010
THREE races and three wins! Ian Hutchinson did it again in today’s Superstock race to make it three in a row.

After winning Saturday’s PokerStars Superbike race, he won this morning’s Monster Energy Supersport race and then clinched his third win in the Royal London 360 Superstock.

Ryan Farquhar set the pace for two laps, setting a new lap record of 129.816mph on the second .

A slower pit stop dropped Farquhar behind Hutchinson at the start of the third lap, but he regained the lead by Glen Helen.

Just when it looked like Farquhar would hold on for the victory, Hutchinson threw in a fantastic record-breaking final lap to snatch victory by just 1.3 seconds.

Local rider Conor Cummins rode steadily and climbed his way through the field after a relatively slow start and finished in third place.
