Dominique found after publication of picture

by isleofman.com 4th June 2010

A 14-year-old Ballakermeen High School pupil who had been missing from her home for around 56 hours has been found, safe and well.

Dominique Domingo was located in the north of the Island and police said a short time ago (6pm, Friday) they were in the process of reuniting her with her family.

Officers say the fast response by the Island's media in publishing a picture of Dominique and the male person they believed she was with greatly assisted the inquiry.

A member of the public identified Dominique from the picture and was able to direct police to her.

Police are thanking the public for their help.
