Dunlops' dream becomes reality

A holiday home for disabled people, designed in memory of Joey Dunlop, will be officially opened on Sunday (June 6).

The creation of such a facility was a long-held ambition of the TT legend and his wife Linda and, after many years of hard work and fundraising by the Joey Dunlop Foundation, Braddan Bridge House on the TT course will throw open its doors to the public for the day.

The opening ceremony will be performed by Linda Dunlop and the new 'King of the Mountain', John McGuinness.

Foundation spokesman Andy Scullard says Braddan Bridge House will provide a much needed service:
