Tynwald will be asked to approve expenditure totalling more than ?12 million when it sits later this month.
In four separate items, departments will ask for cash for various building projects around the Island.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture will ask for ?870,000 to spend on the Bradda Refurbishment scheme, while the Department of Health wants ?700,000 for electrical work at Noble's hospital.
The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure will ask for ?600,000 to replace a changing block at the NSC.
But dwarfing all those projects is one from the Department of Social Care, which wants to spend more than ?10 million on the redevelopment of the Janet's Corner estate in Castletown.
The June sitting of Tynwald begins on Tuesday, June 15.
