THE Hilton Hotel is gearing up for the World Cup by staging a series of events linked to the England matches which begins next Saturday (June 12th) against the USA.
The Hilton-Casino has installed large screens and surround-sound systems and has started taking bookings for table groups and from individuals.
The ?20 per head tickets include a pre-match buffet, snacks at half time and “a bucket of beer” on every table.
Tables can seat up to 12 guests but tables can be shared for parties of ten or fewer. The Hilton says that family bookings are also welcome.
Matches being covered are:-
England v USA (June 12th) from 6.30pm (k.o. 7.30pm)
England v Algeria (June 18th) from 6.30pm (k.o. 7.30pm)
Slovenia v England (June 23rd) from 2.45pm (k.o. 3.30pm)
Bookings can be made by credit card on 682775 or 682776. Payment can also be made by cheque.
