Wet sponges to boost funds for local charity!

by isleofman.com 1st June 2010

The chance to give a family member, a friend or a work colleague a right royal soaking is being offered to locals and visitors this TT, and it's all in aid of a good cause!

The Manx Foundation for the Physically Disabled wants to see as many people as possible down at the stocks, at Bushy's beer tent on Douglas promenade, from 4pm to 8pm every evening.

Charity patron Martin Brunnschweiler, of Bushy's Brewery, says it's going to be a lot of fun (play audio file):

You can call fundraiser for the Manx Foundation Julie Needham on 338216 to nominate a 'victim'.

Alternatively, text Manx Radio on 166177 with your name and the name of the person you want to soak.
