Government told to think hard before making cuts

Prospect members in the Isle of Man are being told their union is there for them as the Manx government looks to reduce its expenditure.

The union's deputy general secretary Mike Clancy has been on the Island to meet with members and discuss their employment, pay and future security.

He hopes the government's decision makers realise the full repercussions any future moves could have:
