by isleofman.com 30th May 2010

Eight-hundred pounds-worth of tools have been stolen from a government vehicle.

A Stihl stone cutter, Stihl petrol strimmer and a DeWalt drill were taken from a locked box in a Department of Infrastructure van parked in Hills Meadow Industrial Estate in Douglas some time between 4pm on Wednesday and 8am on Thursday.

If you saw anything, or have been offered any of these tools, call police on 631212.
