Home success for Palmer

by isleofman.com 29th May 2010

There was a popular home win for Castletown resident Chris Palmer in the 350cc class in the Pre-TT Classic at Billown.

He took the chequered flag by eight-tenths of a second from Rich Hawkins, with Mike Hose claiming third place.

Palmer, who was behind Blackpool’s Roy Richardson before he came off, admitted it had been a tough victory.
