Improvements continue on smaller scale

Roadworks will continue on Richmond Hill during TT fortnight, but will be scaled back as the roads get busier.

So says Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne, whose department is transforming the hill to improve road safety and drainage.

He says there will be two-way traffic during the festival and a 30mph speed limit will remain in place throughout the period.

He is also warning police will be looking out for those who try to flout the law:
