The body of a former Isle of Man cycling champion has been found at a holiday resort in Thailand.
Thirty-eight-year-old David Hourigan was a dominant rider in the Republic of Ireland in the 1980s and 90s.
Aside from his Manx win, he also represented his country many times at international events.

David Hourigan was the first Irish winner of the Manx International road race, in 1992.
Although he represented Ireland at the World Junior and the World Senior Championships, his career was marred by a positive drug test two years later for which he received a three-month ban.
For the past three months, he had been living in a flat at the busy seaside resort of Pattaya, about 120 miles south of Bangkok.
His body was found by a chambermaid when she went to his flat after concerns he had not been seen for several days.
Police say the cause of death is not yet known.
A post mortem will be carried out.
