A number of important bills are being given further consideration by the House of Keys today (Tuesday).
Allan Bell's Civil Partnership Bill has reached the clauses stage, and MHKs are due to consider amendments proposed by the Legislative Council to Anne Craine's Marriage and Civil Registration Bill.
Mr Bell is looking to give more rights to same-sex couples, while Mrs Craine's bill aims to change the Island's laws on where people can get married.
Bill Malarkey's Election of Chief Minister Bill is down for formal first reading.
As usual the sitting starts with question time, and the funding of election candidates and the alleged misuse of proxy votes in the East Douglas by-election are being raised again.
The chief minister is being quizzed on what the government is doing to stop excessive rents being charged for substandard accommodation in the private rental market, and Social Care Minister Martyn Quayle is being asked if there are plans to build more council houses and first time buyer properties.
Other topics include residents' parking in Douglas, departmental ministers commenting on police investigations and the Manx Electricity Authority shops.
The House of Keys sits from 10am, and there is full coverage of question time on Manx Radio's AM 1360 service.
The Legislative Council is also sitting today, from 10.30am.
The order paper includes the Organised and International Crime Bill and the Electricity Bill.
