Road closure no longer necessary

The traffic lights on Richmond Hill have gone, after the work which required them to be in place was finished ahead of schedule.

For the same reason this weekend's planned road closure won't be happening, although motorists are being reminded that a 30 miles an hour speed limit is still in place.
