Public tour of MNH collection

by isleofman.com 29th April 2010

If you’ve ever wondered what hidden gems are in the Manx National Heritage collection then today (Thursday) there’s a chance to find out.

For all the items on display at the Manx Museum and other heritage sites, there’s plenty of others which don’t reach public view.

This afternoon there’ll be a public tour for the first time of MNH’s large objects store.

Katie King, community outreach and learning support officer, expects much interest.

If you want to book a place, you should contact the Museum on 648000.
