Witness appeal in 'bladed weapon' case

Police are looking for witnesses to an incident in which a 21-year-old man was allegedly threatened.

It is said to have happened in Mount Bradda, Douglas at around 4.30pm on Sunday (April 25).

No one was hurt but a man has been arrested and charged with being in possession of a bladed weapon, and provoking behaviour.

Police conducted house to house enquiries in the area soon after the alleged incident but say they are still keen to speak with anyone who has information which could help the investigation.
