'Very small number' better off not working

There are three people in the Isle of Man who would like to work, but are better off on benefits.

That was a claim made by Social Care Minister Martyn Quayle during question time in the House of Keys.

He also said all three were young people with very specific circumstances (play audio file):

Mr Quayle was replying to a question from Onchan MHK Peter Karran.
