The final line-up for next month's by-election in Douglas East is now known.
When nominations closed at midday today (Tues 27th) no further candidates had come forward.
Six people who had already announced their intention to stand will now contest the seat made vacant by Phil Braidwood’s elevation to the Legislative Council.
They are Liberal Vannin Party Chairman Kate Beecroft, Douglas Councillor Colin Cain, businessman Chris Robertshaw, Post Office union official John Joughin, TV chef Kevin Woodford and TTXGP winner Chris Heath.
The election itself is on May 27.
