Man in court following road death last September

A 41-year-old man has appeared before the deputy high bailiff, charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

Steven Darren Callow, of Ballabrooie Way in Douglas, was bailed by Alastair Montgomerie to appear again on May 4.

He is charged in connection with the death of 40-year-old motorcyclist Mark Penketh, in an accident in Ballaquayle Road, Douglas at around 9pm on September 16 last year.
