Bell looking forward to challenges at DED

One of the most important new departments of the Manx government is slowly taking shape, and the man in charge says it will be running at full capacity soon.

The Department of Economic Development was formed on April 1, as part of the biggest restructuring exercise since the creation of the ministerial system in 1986.

Economic Development Minister Allan Bell says he is looking forward to the challenges of selling the Island to industries and maintaining economic growth.

But he admits one problem needed to be solved before anything could happen:
