Isle of Man airspace and Ronaldsway Airport are staying closed this morning (Monday).
The advice from the Volcanic Advisory Centre in the United Kingdom and the Met Office in the Isle of Man is that the plume of ash from the volcanic eruption in Iceland is present at altitudes from the surface to around 20,000 feet, in the general area of the Isle of Man.
The terminal building at Ronaldsway is opening at 9am today, and the airport authorities are hoping there will be another 'window of opportunity', like the one on Saturday, to allow a limited number of flights this afternoon.
As on Saturday, these would be the low level services, operated by Manx2.com, to Belfast and Blackpool.
Flybe and Aer Arran have both cancelled all services today, and Flybe is making an announcement at 10am about possible flights tomorrow.
Any services today are dependent on advice received from the Volcanic Advisory Centre and the Met Office, at 7am.
United Kingdom airspace has been closed until at least 7am today.
