Alleged offences date back more than a decade

A man is facing drug charges, relating to offences said to have been committed more than ten years ago.

Barnaby Lee Faragher, whose address was given as the prison in Jurby, appeared before Deemster Doyle at a Court of General Gaol.

He denied all the offences which are said to have taken place in 1999 and 2000.

He faces eleven charges, including supplying cannabis resin, MDMA and amphetamine, and attempting to supply MDMA.
