Library regulations to be updated

Douglas library is about to get a new set of rules, but it's not about 'shushing' noisy readers.

The facility in Victoria Street will shortly be receiving a lick of paint as part of the annual maintenance programme, and when it reopens the revised regulations will be posted inside.

Chairman of the Leisure Services committee Stephen Pitts says it's not a response to people misbehaving, but simply to let everybody using the facilities know what they can and can't do:
