Island hosts Celtic Congress

There's a great opportunity to learn more about the Celtic languages and culture, from today (Wednesday).

The annual Celtic Congress is getting under way at the Claremont Hotel in Douglas, and will continue until April 10.

Manx Gaelic speaker Dr Brian Stowell is involved in the event, which is held in the Isle of Man every six years:
