Primary pupils say 'goodbye' to their headteachers

by isleofman.com 2nd April 2010

It's all change at the top for three primary schools in the Isle of Man, with the departure of headteachers who have become as much a part of the fabric of their establishments as the classrooms.

Stuart Lambie leaves Foxdale in the summer after 27 years, but moving on this week are Carol Stratford-Parson from Jurby and Mark Stevens from Kewaigue.

They have both been reflecting on their original moves to the Island, and how different they thought the place was compared to the United Kingdom (play audio file):

Carol Stratford-Parson and Mark Stevens were talking to John Moss on Manx Radio's Perspective programme.
