AXA Isle of Man is going for IIP (Investor in People) gold standard in 2012.
Managing director Mike Foy announced the goal on receiving reaccreditation of the company’s Investor in People status from DTI Minister David Cretney MHK.
Mr Foy said, "The reaccreditation of our Investor in People status reflects AXA Isle of Man’s commitment to its people and its customers.
"As a business focused on excellence, our vision is closely aligned with that of Investors in People, namely raising standards through effective people management and development. IIP provides the framework through which to achieve our ambition of becoming the preferred company in terms of customer, shareholder and staff satisfaction levels.
"This latest people audit that has seen us retain our IIP accreditation, first achieved in 1992, not only evidences that our people – who number some 150 - believe in the company and its objectives but also endorses AXA Isle of Man’s drive towards redefining standards."
"IIP touches every element of AXA Isle of Man; it validates our commitment to continuous improvement, shapes our people management strategy and helps us keep sight of our long-term ambitions – not least achieving IIP gold standard in 2012."
