Bad weather is playing havoc with Steam Packet fastcraft sailings, a few days after the Manannan started to operate the summer timetable.
As predicted yesterday, the company had to reschedule today's fastcraft services and cancel tomorrow's, due to the worsening forecast.
The Manannan sailing from Douglas to Liverpool, which was due to depart at 3.30 this afternoon, was brought forward to midday.
The return crossing was also running around three and a half hours early, having left Liverpool shortly before 4pm.
Very severe weather conditions tomorrow (Wednesday) have forced the Steam Packet to cancel the sailings between the Isle of Man and Belfast, namely the 7am service from Douglas and the 10.45am return.
Wednesday afternoon's Douglas-Liverpool fastcraft services are also both cancelled.
Wednesday's Ben-my-Chree services are currently expected to operate as normal (story posted at 6.30pm on Tuesday), although the Steam Packet says this could be subject to change.
A further announcement will be made at 7am.
