Athletes told 'believe in yourselves'

Former Olympic silver medalist and 400 metre world champion Roger Black has been giving Manx athletes a lesson in motivation.

He has been talking to Parish Walk entrants at the Manx Museum about belief in sport and in themselves, and giving an athletics masterclass at the National Sports Centre.

The well-known television pundit and panelist, who has been brought to the Island by Parish Walk sponsors Scottish Widows, says motivation can make the difference:
