New Sponsors for Bay Festival Announced

by isleofman.com 26th March 2010

The 2010 Manx Telecom Bay Festival has welcomed 188FOUNDATION on board as a major sponsor of the event.

188FOUNDATION was set up by 188BET, a global online gaming company based in the Isle of Man, as a way of supporting charitable organisations and 'worthy' causes.

Caroline Marchment from 188FOUNDATION commented, "We are delighted to have the opportunity to get involved in this event as it reflects our own passionate and energetic work ethic that we hold dearly.

"We believe the Manx Telecom Bay Festival is a fantastic community event for the whole Island to enjoy and get behind."

Jonathan Irving added, "We are keen to bring a ‘Manx’ feel to the festival, and are delighted that our own passions for the festival are mirrored by a company such as the 188FOUNDATION, and thank them for their substantial support."

As a gaming company, 188BET has a keen interest in the sporting arena, and thus supports many local sports community projects.

Numerous sponsorships are already underway in the North West region, as well as establishing Manx sporting links, with the sponsorship of a local cricket team, plus local footballer Anna Dylan, who took part in the Island Games.
