Alleged drug dealers in court

Two men facing multiple drugs charges have been committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery by the deputy high bailiff.

Twenty-eight-year-old Alexander Charles Messenger, care of the prison, is charged with importing drugs, attempting to supply them, possessing them and supplying them.

Thirty-five-year-old Mark Nelson, also care of the prison, is accused of possessing drugs with intent to supply, being involved in their importation and in the proceeds of drug trafficking, and removing criminal property.

Both men were remanded in custody by the deputy high bailiff.

Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
