Darling after offshores again

Those who use the Isle of Man and other offshores for tax planning are to have the pressure stepped up on them by British tax authorities.

In his hour-long Budget statement the chancellor of the exchequer, Alistair Darling, said it was unfair that some were not paying the tax the United Kingdom expected from them.
