The case against Isle of Man tycoon Trevor Baines, his wife Wendy and an advocate who acted on his behalf has been adjourned by the deputy high bailiff.
Mr and Mrs Baines told the court they were ready for a 'paper committal', but Jenny Holt said through her advocate she would be contesting the commital.
Wendy Baines and Jenny Holt were excused appearances in court and the matter was adjourned for a commital hearing in respect of Ms Holt, until April 28.
Trevor and Wendy Baines each face eight counts of theft and one of deception.
Mr Baines is accused of 14 further offences relating to fire arms and regulated weapons.
Ms Holt is charged with entering into an agreement and fabricating or concealing documents.
