Operator looks to overcome problems

The owner of the funfair which for many years has come to the Isle of Man around the TT period says he is struggling to find space for the 2010 event.

There was widespread criticism of the Department of Tourism and Leisure's decision to drop the attraction in 2009, after much of the traditional entertainment on the promenade was axed.

But this year DTL Minister Martyn Quayle has said many of the attractions will be reinstated.

David Taylor, who owns the operation, says he and his colleagues love visiting the Isle of Man.

However, there are still problems to overcome:
