The second all-Island pub ban has been handed out to a man in his 20s.

The all-Island ban was introduced in October last year to deal with persistent offenders.

A 36 year-old Peel woman became the first person to be banned in January.

The man, from the north of the Island, has 28 days to appeal against the decision.
