Royal London 360° has promoted Andrew Dudgeon to Product and Investment Marketing Manager.
Andrew is an experienced financial services marketing professional, having spent his career working within the pensions and life assurance industry.
After taking A-Levels at QEII High School in Peel, Isle of Man, he studied for a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing at the University of Stirling.
Work experience with Scottish Life International during university holidays led to the offer of a Marketing Analyst role upon graduation with Scottish Life Pensions, based in Edinburgh, where he had responsibility for providing competitor intelligence, statistical analysis, and responses to IFA panel questionnaires and industry publications.
In October 2007, Andrew moved back to the Isle of Man to take up a position in the marketing team at Canada Life International. As well as having responsibility for market analysis, he became involved with the investment side of the business, and producing award entries, product literature and developments, and event management.
With the news that Scottish Life International and Scottish Provident International were to merge in the Isle of Man, and Andrew’s history of working for companies in the Royal London Group, he joined Royal London 360° in December 2008 as Marketing Analyst with responsibility for the UK market, which he held until his recent promotion.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys taking part in a wide variety of sports including golf and football, playing competitively for Union Mills FC in the Isle of Man. He is a keen Newcastle United supporter.
Commenting on his appointment, Andrew said, "I am very excited to be taking on the Product and Investment Marketing Manager role at Royal London 360° - it is a fantastic opportunity and I am looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead.
"Having worked as an analyst in the marketing team for over a year, I know that it is a fantastic group of people where everyone is committed to achieving their very best, not only for themselves but for the company."
Natalie Dutton, Head of Marketing at Royal London 360°, commented, "Andrew’s experience and dedication to his work make him the natural choice to lead the Product and Investment Marketing team at Royal London 360°.
"I am delighted to appoint him to the role, and look forward to working with him on the ongoing development of our product line and promotional campaigns across both the UK and international markets.”
