by isleofman.com 18th March 2010

Police are appealing for information after a burglary in Close Cowley in Douglas during the daytime on Monday.

The house was broken into some time between 8.30am and 5pm and a number of items were taken.

They include a large, black Samsung flatscreen TV, a Nintendo Wii games console, numerous DVDs and games and a silver Dell laptop.

It is believed a vehicle may have been used to transport the items.

Constable David Thommeny would like to hear from anyone who knows anything about the burglary or has any information leading to the recovery of the items.

He would also like to hear from anyone who may have been in the Close Cowley estate at the time and noticed anything suspicious.

You can call him at Onchan police station on 675190.
